Code of Ethics

We believe that both Coaches and Players must adhere to a Code of Conduct in order to be the best we can be for ourselves and our team.

Coaches Code of Ethics

Respect for Players

Dealing with each player with consideration and fairness, regardless of sex, country of origin, physical potential, socio-economic status or of any other condition. Letting a player thrive and make progress, while safeguarding their physical well-being and moral integrity. Giving priority to the player’s educational success while pursuing sports objectives.

Sportsmanship

Inspiring confidence in the player throughout training and letting he or she know they are allowed to make mistakes.
Developing autonomy and active learning with the player in problem solving. Inspiring and motivating the player to acquire new knowledge. Accepting winning and losing as natural consequences of the joy of the game, and instilling the desire to win and a respect for fair play.

Integrity

Encouraging the player to develop and maintain honesty in their relationships with others. Being honest with the players.
Projecting an image that reflects the positive values of the game of soccer and the job of the coach.

Responsibility is:

Ensuring that the equipment and sports facilities respect the athletes’ level of development and the principles of safety.
Informing the players of the inherent dangers of alcohol and illegal drugs consumption.

Respect for Players

Being above reproach in timekeeping, attire, language and behaviour. Highlighting the importance of physical condition by encouraging the athletes to maintain a good level of fitness throughout the year. When speaking with a parent, BlaiseSoccer Elite Training does so one-on-one with the utmost respect, and at a time convenient for both parties.

Parents play a pivotal role in the practice of
physical activity or sports by their children.

Players Code of Ethics

I teach the player to respect all of the people who are part of the game as I do, including players, coaches, referees, officials and spectators, regardless of their sex, race, language, nationality, religion, physical appearance or social status

Children and adolescents need their parents to help them acquire these values and to support them in their efforts, in defeat as well as in victory.

I aspire to running quality practices, to improving the player within the best suited conditions in an environment where all physical and moral integrity is protected.

I respect the facilities and the equipment.

I play soccer for my personal development, to give the best of myself and to share with others the values of mutual help, solidarity, generosity and work.

I am punctual and diligent.

I develop a competitive spirit.

Through my behaviour and my speech, I demonstrate that I refuse to take part in any form of verbal or physical violence, cheating, or doping, and I must report any act of violence that I am a witness to.
